GIW is pleased to be an integral team member in the planning, design and construction of The Carlson Apartments on La Trobe St in the heart of Melbourne.
Healey & Co have set out to create a world class development with leading architecture firm ROTHELOWMAN. The building consists of 150 apartments in a 35 storey tower, with ground floor retail and communal recreation area on level 19.
ESD Consultancy for the project has involved detailed Sustainable Management Plan, Energy Ratings for all apartments, Section J DTS Assessment for common and retail areas, and a detailed system and specification evaluation of insulation and glazing options.
